She is not just your average Pet Tech Instructor!
Educating pet parents and pet professionals on how to best
care for their animals has always been not only a passion,
but a priority throughout Carrie Ann's career.
She believes that it is not only in the HOW but in the WHY
that makes learning so important. She makes this very evident in her attention to detail & by being thorough within the
knowledge and experience that she brings to the table.
She has worked within the Veterinary field for over fourteen years in both day practice & animal ER.
She is a certified Professional Pet Care Specialist & Certified Level 3
Fear Free Handler. Her experience ranges from dogs and cats to horses, small mammals, & exotics of an abundance of breeds and behaviors, but specializes in the care of pets with special needs & unique medical and behavioral considerations.
She is also trained in Human emergency medicine as an Emergency Medical Technician & Paramedic with additional education in Emergency Preparedness.
